Returns & Exchanges

At Wild Soul Co., we want you to love your free-spirited finds, but if a piece doesn't perfectly match your vibe, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
